Blew, I've had to do just that man. I took a friends frequent flyer miles to fly from Ohio to El Paso TX to see some schmuck who did not deliver a restored 70 Challenger that I had paid for.
I showed up at his business and luckily for me, it all ended well.
I don't know your guy, but I do live about 2 hrs away if this is him. (it's the ONLY todd mcnabney I found in the USA.

The only Todd McNabney is in IN.
The cell number is in NY
The website is owned by someone else.
It would be interesting to call Verizon and see who is the listed owner of that cell number.

By the way, how did he fuck you over? Hope it wasn't one of the "ebay super bike deals" that I have been seeing. come to the conclusion with the bikes on ebay if I can't pysically go see it first I ain't buying it. Heard they use old legite ads, change a couple of discriptions and repost the bogus info. hope you kick his ass.

In a couple of weeks, I heard that my name was on several sites, especially the ZX-12.org forum that I was a theif, liar, cheat... My credit report was on the website, my personal information and business information was on this site and three others.
First of all for what? I called Steve and his complaint that the system was missing one spring and it had a few spots of corrosion on the headers the bracket was junk etc.. I asked him, WHY COULDN"T YOU HAVE CALLED, EMAILED, CHATTED etc, and why did you have to get all your website buddies to illegally post information that was much uneeded, when you could have acted like a mature adult and call someone... WHAT? ALL THIS FOR THAT? I told him that I would resolve it tomorrow. He demanded that I send him back $250-300 due to the fact the spring wasn't in the box it needed a bracket and the corrosion. I told him that he got an excellent cond $1250 exhaust overnighted for $800, wait and I'll send the spring and I'll buy a brand new bracket and send it to him when it comes in.
I looked around, found the extra spring and overnighted to him next day... Put the bracket on order with Orient Express, it was backordered. I called him, told him the situation, he knew cause he called them too. I paid for the bracket and overnighted it to him 4 weeks later as soon as it came in. They didn't have them in stock..
Posts kept going up on the sites and it just got to be a pain in the ass. I was able to have three sites remove these threads except for this professional forum, of whom I have been emailing and calling for 2 years.
Here is the best part of the story... 2005 rolls around and I post a classified on ZX-12.org for a ZX-12 wiring harness.
Immediately, I get a reply that someone from the forum has a wiring harness. They sent me two emails with photos and we decide on $250. Sound familiar. So I long forgot ole Mister Stephen Haft , aka FrankFriendly , aka nataleahh@aol.com aka NONBELIEVER . He sends me a paypal request and the transaction below takes place. What did I get in the mail.. Mister Stephen Haft sends me a vintage yellow full size Care Bear with a note that say F you asshole. I never received a ZX12R ECU and Harness

So, I could have filed a police report, which is what PayPal recommended for fraud. I could have brought legal action against all of these individuals for posting private information, waste of time, I could have done a lot of things. I never got my money back and I dropped it for 2 years.
All in all, who is the liar and the thief. All of you guys posted on false information and acted like foolish cowboys trying to hang someone that you had no idea about or what happened. I run a professional speed shop in NY and don't need this. My lesson, don't trust anyone further than I can throw them.
I provide unique parts and accessories for road racers, club riders, drag racers etc. Occasionally I have used items and I try to mark them fairly and I am more than happy to work out any conflicts.
BIKELAND.ORG - I have communicated with you for 2 years and your administration turn around on this information isn't much to be desired. This is personal information that all the other sites were more than happy to address. Since you are going to post this, let it be known that Mister Haft is not the most upstanding citizen.... And Mister Friendly, buy me a beer when I'm down in Daytona. I know you have at least $250 in your pocket. I have the Care Bear you took off your pillow...

I had a full credit reports removed off 2 forums that the ass clowns above posted on the ZX-12.org forum and another. That is outright unethical. Imagine if someone did this to you. Moral: Think carefully before you put foolish postings or comments on forums. It is searchable for years..
