Ouch! How about you start up your own version up in the Pacific Northwest? Tons of lady riders in the Puget Sound area. Now you just need a track, couple million dollars, and sanctioned big ticket race... Damn I need to hit the lottery! Would start with building a world class track just east of Granite Falls, WA. (long story, but only place on the west side of the state where it could realistically be built).
