Nothing like getting that #1 plate for the first time, nothing. The problem with that is it is a target for the other competitors. But that is what makes racing so enjoyable. And sponsors lighten the load big time. There is something about using the parts supplied by them that gives you a good feeling, hard to explain.

That is so cool! having a young person like that do well gives me hope in the next generation.To this day,I will admit that it was a female that paved the way for me to have fun at the strip.If she could do it,I could do it.It maybe a little sexist but the outcome was me overcoming a fear to go out and have fun.Who knows how many youths will be inspired now to try this wonderful sport.Although you probably still watch some tv,kudos to you for getting out there and finding a hobby in your life.
