anyone of you guys have your bike sort of not lave the bike solid in a gear and deny you going higher till it drops in correctly? it is hard to explane. does not happen much. if trying to shift it quick it seems to do it some times.

Mine shifts perfectly each time and hits the right spot without fail. If you're experiencing this type of an issue, you need to take the bike to the dealer and have it adjusted. It could also be the position of the shifter and your footwear. This is my 3rd C14 and none have ever experienced any type of transmission/shifting issue, with a small exception on my newest one, where it would get stuck in 4th, but that only happened on the 1st ride out of the dealer and never since in 700 miles. Come to think of it, that sounds like what you may be experiencing now. Does it happen in one gear, or more than one?

Both my C14 and ZX14 shift very smooth. Most of the time I dont even use the clutch when foot shifting up. Possibly you are not shifting postive enough.

I have seen this many times, just adjust your shifter down a bit and all will be good. People don't believe it, but working as a motorcycle mechanic for over a decade 99 time out of 100 adjusting the shifter down fixes it.
