Yup, been testing for a few days now...so far, I'm not impressed. The 550 has more beef to it.

In a nutshell --

Cons -

1) 660 doesn't read well in direct sunlight.
2) Missing the hard buttons that allow you to return to the map /see fuel gauge etc...in one single press.
3) Bluetooth uses the new TI chipset, which has many issues with various phone/headsets.
4) Map shows virtually no street names at most zoom levels
5) Map shows virtually no streets at higher zoom levels
6) AC adapter not included
7) Fuel gauge not easily (if at all) accessible
8) USB port requires that you remove the battery cover each time...(really dumb)
9) Cradle is HARDWIRED with a non removable cable which has like 3-4 plugs on it for Audio/Traffic receiver etc...big and bulky to hide, will not plug into a cigarette lighter and must be permanently wired.
10) No security lock on the cradle
11) Poor fitting plastics with uneven corner fit that changes from unit to unit.
12) No XM support

Pros -

1) Super fast processor allows fast POI searches, fast route creation and super fast screen redraws.
2) 3D building /lane/junction view - a slick, but more of a marketing feature. (pretty)
3) Fits in a vest pocket, as it's less than an inch thick
4) Easily interchangeable battery (no tools required) with strong battery life
5) Better and more sensitive GPS signal
6) Unit snaps into cradle like a knife through butter
7) Has a waterproof cradle cover when GPS is not in the cradle
8) Pins located on rear instead of bottom, making a superior mating and placement in the cradle
9) All Garmin traffic receivers, except XM will work when you purchase the correct adapter
10) Auto time zone means no time to set, ever
11) 2nd battery cost is quite cheap
12) Very fast boot up time

I'll add more as I get more detail on it later...

Still the most important thing to me is the stereo bluetooth, and I am wondering if it has issues with the J&M headset?

So is it worth getting if you already have a 550?

If for the A2DP and you need that functionality, probably yes, otherwise IMO, no. It's a lot of $$ to spend if you already have a 550...

If you pick one up from me, and it doesn't work with your J&M set or you just don't like it, you can just send it back for full refund. You won't get stuck - not with me.

If I buy one it will be from you, unless there is a killer deal of course. But it would have to be really killer. I would rather support my friends.
