helmet question?
Hey, need a new lid, whats out there and what do you all have? I am diggin the Scorpian 1000 and the Shark RSR. Any ideas or input? Thanks in advance, Brett

I am an Arai person. They fit me well and the quality is second to none. But they are pricy. I think the comfort is worth the extra money.

Bought a Scorpion EXO-700 this year. Had been wearing an Arai Quantum/f. The only superior aspect of the Arai is that it's lighter. I tried on the EXO-1000 but found it very heavy and the retracting shield distorts. Too bad, I really wanted to like it.
I also bought a new Scorp VX-17 dirt helmet. I'm pretty impressed with the brand.

+1 on the Scorpion EXO-700
To me they are as comfortable as any of the crazy expensive helmets.

I recently got a HJC AC-12 CARBON helmet and I’m real happy with it. Fits me great and weighs 5+oz. less than a Shoei X-11. I got a Vader (painted) model new on eBay for 240 shipped.

I have a Shoei..Flip.....Fit is great...Function is great..With glasses......BUT it is noisy....Smile...
