Crash Protectors
I have just recently installed Crash Protectors which I obtained from the UK from a company R&G Racing, I reside in Western Australia. The total cost was about $336 US which includes postage & handling. I was unable to source these from any other company though some say they will produce them in time. The quality is excellent, they come in three parts and the process does involve drilling a hole in your fairing which I found very easy if you follow their instructions. If anybody is interested their Web site is www.rg-racing.com, look under Kawasaki or alternately you can e-mail them on info@rg-racing.com.
I am very pleased with the final outcome, the engineering is outstanding.
All parts are provided to install and I found it took about 3 hours, removing and reinstalling the fairings amounted for most of that time.
I would like to thank all those who provided info on the Heli Bars for our model, it has made a trememdous difference to my comfort, I am 183cm or 6ft and was experiencing pain in my arms prior to fitting the units. I also found when travelling at walking pace, control was improved, and they don't feel like "ape hangers"
