Saddle Bag Question (stupid maybe)

I've noticed when I wash the bike (not high pressure water) my one saddle bag gets water in it. It only seems to happen to the one not the other. I see there is a rubber gasket is that supposed to seal it, is water in the bags normal????

No not normal, they should stay dry inside come Hell or, well you know....
If you can't find the leak have the dealer replace the seals.

They are going to replace the bag that leaks. It's not the seal it looks more like the lower part of the bag is warped or not aligned correctly. The new one was ordered today...
