zx 14 vs. c14 engine vibration
I had an '07 zx14 for 6 months and 9,000 miles , it was the smoothest engine i have ever owned. is it normal for a concour14 to have a vibration from 4k - 7k rpm? has anyone ridden both and noticed this? i only have 800 miles and it seems to be getting better.

Yup - very normal. I have one and noticed the same thing. I believe it is the driveline, not the motor.

I have a little over 6K on my C14 now and the vibration has almost gone away. Others have had the same experience. I'm sure I'm not just getting used to it. Used to be that a 5000 rpm I had a lot of vibration and could really feel it in the bars. Now at the same rpm the only vibration I can feel is when I put my fingers on the back of the levers and even there it's not much at all.

i thought shaft drive is supposed to be smoother across the board

throttle sync
would a throttle body sync. help smooth out the 4k- 7k vibe zone.
