Price paid ?
Just wondering what people are having to pay for a Concours 14. I got a quote of $13,200 out the door for one without ABS. How does this compare with what you guys are paying? What about one with ABS. This is what I want but I am having difficulty finding one in my area.( Southern Illinois)
Thanks

13,700 OTD that is what I get for buying in Reno. But I got it early and was able to enjoy a good chunk of summer.

$ 1,000 off MSRP for either one (ABS or no) at Fremont Motorsports in Florence, CO. My ABS was $ 12,800. Kind of a drive from Utah but worth it.

Buzz, bill eddy website in Fayettevill AR has a 12899 OTD price for non-ABS. 13799 for ABS. I got $2k off ABS model in Calgary but our MSRP in Canada is much higher than US equivalent.

Picking mine up next week. The price on my ABS out the door is $12,299 but driving over to Alabama from Georgia to get it. I'll have to pay 7% sales tax back here in GA.

$11,700 base non ABS (including delivery & setup) in Irving TX. $12,542 includes TX sales tax and licence/insp. sticker. I think that's about the best price going.

The dealer is "Kawasaki City" Phone 972-228-3772 ask for "Rick" If you mention my name "Philip" they might be good to me later down the road. I don't work for them, I'm just passing on what I think is a good deal. I forgot to mention a $50 "documentary fee", it's preprinted on the form and may apply to out of state purchases. I also think they will pick up at the airport. I overheard that while shopping there. PS: They sold one while I was sitting on it so they are selling fast. I believe their price helps. I think they have deposits on ABS models thru December. good luck

Sales tax from city to city varies greatly..... Just a note...... Mine was based at 11,500 for the bike itself.... then tax, doc and license.....

Just bought mine from D&H Cycle, Inc. in Cullman, AL too and I can tell you they treat you right. Jerold and Renaa Hopper are the owners and they discount everything they sell (Kawasaki's and Yamaha's). People have flown in from as far away as Colorado to buy bikes there. D&H Cycle has been a family owned business for 35 years. My wife and I drove over from Georgia which is about a 200 mile drive and well worth the trip for the money I saved!

Score !
Thanks to everybody who responded. After sending out a bunch of emails I lucked into a place in Walnut Ridge Arkansas that had an ABS with 0 miles. OTD price $11929. Picked it up today. The guy just wanted to get rid of the bike. He said Kawasaki made him take one and in his area there just wasnt a market for it. He was great to deal with . None of the typical BS. Best price I found before that was in Mississippi. They didnt have one but claimed they could get one in 6 to 12 days for $12600 OTD. I have found a LARGE differance in price from the responses I got to my emails. It pays to shop around.

I live in San Jose, CA. Last month I purchased a c14 with ABS from Fremont Kawasaki, $15k OTD. The owner is a younger guy, and didnt try to screw me around (or rip me off) like the dealer in Santa Clara tried ($2.2k for freight/setup?).
