"4 things I love about the 14, is
power
brakes
comfort
and fuel range.
I still think all the fly by wire electronic gadgetry will get people into trouble,
I think inexperienced guys will trust it too much, and have a hero complex.
if your a hero and come into a corner too hot to make the apex, your too hot and nothin beyond a prayer will save you. "

I'm an experienced road racer and the electronics make it easier to push the bike hard into corners. Basically, if you make a mistake the electronics seem to help versus oops i made a mistake on my gsxr and low sided in turn 1.

all this electonic gagetry will not save yer ass from coming in too hot....this bike will still low-side just like anything else out there on two wheels.
It's when you are cranked over and applying throttle that all this stuff comes into play.

I would love to throw a leg over this thing and test it out to see if it's all it's cracked-up to be (not that I'm some great rider or anything). It's funny, I don't want one but I'm intrigued by it and would like the chance to ride one in stock form.

No, you are still in the ZX14 zone.
This thread appears in the CBR forum which is where I read the litre bike test and posted my comment.
