I wrote those words about pipe, because thats the dyno of 08CBR with special pipe in works. Honda fanboy said on cbr.net that he will show stock dyno, so lets wait and see. Nevertheless comparo will show everything and then we will hear from steve "oh hp is nothing, its handling that matters"
P.S. What do you expect from engine that has ONLY 12.3:1 compression? 170rwhp???

and all the articles state for 08 Kawi is trying to overcome that

MCN is known BS, there's a million threads about that topic alone.
that has been in every magazine since the beginning of time, and Kawi themselves responded to it claiming the '08 suspension has been corrected.
and to claim the prior ZX10's beat the gix in the past few years according to "reliable" sources is utter BS. Where do you get this all bullshit from dude? Even ZX10 riders in this very forum post the truth about all that. The new ZX10 may beat the Honda, I'm waiting to see too what happens. But some of you are so narrow-minded your brain won't open to see wtf is going on in the world (like the prior gix's haven't performed on top of the litre bike class for years).

Looking in the video looks like the rider behind is left-handed and the rider with the camera is right-handed..
The bikes don't look very stable in the video therefore the front end could possibly have a lack of weight that is not distributed with the correct calibrations through the balance of the motorcycle..
Looking at the Honda it looks completely gutted viewing the Kawasaki there could easily be 8 1/2 pound shaved off..
The Kawasaki looks like a well-balanced motorcycle with the removal of 8 pounds difference and with no lack of horsepower the motorcycle has
there should be no comparison..

Ride harder, FYI it was a quick ride around the track by Fish. The suspension was not even adjusted for him, he just jumped on a bike and rode. Nothing to perform a scientific analysis over lol
and it looks like you're comparing fish's quick ride on an untuned suspension with a pro team on the Kawi? tell me it ain't so :P

I totally understand what you're saying but even knowing that the suspension was not calibrated should not have stopped someone hopping on the bike and driving it like they stole it...

This is no disrespect to Fish for he seems to be very intelligent and an excellent rider with a lot of knowledge behind his belt..
