Uncle Steve delivers Honda
OK here's some more BS pics. So I pick up a motocross Honda thinking it will be perfect for my nephews, and I got a great deal on it anyway. Picked it up from a friend in Charleston, SC. Delivered it to Greenville SC. Was a good excuse to see friends and family (on the way back I stopped in Augusta, GA). The kids are awesome boys, but I found them to be a bit small for the bike at ages 5 and 8.

The pocket bike I got them for Christmas last year

thanks- had I known how big it would be for them, we would be riding it for at least a year or so instead of it being at my brothers!
I'm going to try and find a CRF50, the big one can learn on it as he grows a half inch to get one the 100, and the little one can ride the 50 for years. I got a steal on that 100 is only reason I bought it for 'em

Reminds me of my first bike (besides the minibikes my dad built for us-went from 5 hp pushmower engines to 14 hp riding mower engines-with no brakes lol). So he bought us a non running Husqavarna 250. For a 7, 8 and 12 yr old. Being the youngest, I wasnt allowed to work on it, just watch. After 1 month of "watching" it still wasnt running, they finally let me work on it. Fixed the head gasket with JBWeld (yep, it was NOT coming off lol) and rebuilt the carb, then traced a short to the kill switch. Finally got it running (remember I was 7 yrs old, took a few weekends to figure out how it was supposed to work so I could fix it). Then my brothers wouldnt let me ride it untill after they rode it. My oldest brother hopped on it, babied it down the street, turned, and gunned it thru the gears back at us. Only problem was I had forgot to hook back up the front brake cable. And being the noob he was he never thought to downshift or use the rear brake...he slammed into our fence at full speed destroying the bike. Damn, I still get bitter about that, I wanted to ride it SO bad!! My dad was impressed that we even got it running, so he bought us a set of 1980 CR80's. Those were hotrods with a mean powerband! had it till I joined the Navy, at which time my mom sold both my bike and 3 wheeler while I was in boot camp. Females...

I saw a little Yamaha 50 with training wheels type thing while I was traveling. It was a wheels on a pipe mounted just to the rear of the oil pan.
Wonder if that will work on the 100..... or were to buy such a thing?

ya they do.
#1 their feet don't touch the ground on the bike, but they can reach the pegs
#2 they need a buffer for their lack of any idea whatsoever about clutching and braking
