Hey Doug - Going to Bend Tomorrow!
I just called them a few hours ago - seems they have a few 1098's still!!! I'm going down tomorrow to see if I can pick one up  . WOOHOO!!! Thanks for pointing the dealer out in a previous thread.

WOOOHOO!!! Thanks a BUNCH to Doug Meyer for suggesting this shop to me...
I'm exhausted and climbing into bed, BUT quick update to all - I went to Bend today (said "hi" to them for you princesskiwi and fish!!) and bought a brandy spankin new 1098 in red . I pick her up next week (so pix next week!!!!!). I met Doug briefly at the dealer too! He was cool enough to come all the way over and say hi - a true gentleman and cool guy. What a great dealer. They are very cool and down to earth people - rare traits a dealers these days. I CANT WAIT TO PICK UP THE BIKE.... ok - off to bed. Thanks everyoine!!!!!!

Yep Reggie - this is my first duc! My last "new" bike was a 2000 zx-12r (faster green color). I still have the 12.. but may sell it  .
