2008 busa
I put down a deposit and cant wait. I dont know what color yet. When the dealership calls me I will go see and make my decision. Who else is ready?

the orange is off the chain....want to get one waiting to see it first...it should well exceed the 1352 from kawi14 with just some small mods..pipe,pc3,airboxmod,i want to see if the cases are all one piece like the 14 if so i will get another 12 and put a piston kit in it and it will out do both,cause we all know the 12 is the shiznit with the proper stufff packed in it...buttt if the busa does have split cases then the 12 may have some serious problems...2mm out and apipe and pc3 whooooweee....

what's so incredible to me is that
last year the 8 year old 'busa outsold the BRAND NEW ZX-14 (in the US) 2:1
that is incredible
this new 'busa will leave the ZX-14s to collect dust on dealership floors all over the country

Spalding what real proof do you have on that cause i like to read it . In my area there was 9 14s sold to people i know and only 2 busas

This month's Motorcyclist magazine makes a comment that the Busa's way outsold the 14. I don't have the exact numbers in front of me but it was suprising.

Hey guys I too read something like that. Here in South Texas there are lots of Busa's and although I know they are out there I'm the only ZX-14 on the road it seems.

I can speak for my dealer ship that I work at part time we went into this year with 2 left over 06 14's so we only ordered 1 07, just now got rid of all 3 at a discount. But we went into this year with no left over Busa's and sold out of 07's early as well. I bought the only 14 that sold at my dealer in 06. Since have sold the 14 and waiting for my new Busa to show up.

I bought the 14 because Suzuki is so awesome at selling their bikes there's a busa around every corner. Its time to part with my 06 ZX14 soon. I don't particularly like the new 'busa, hopefully something will happen for '08. The orange is a sweet color though, just like the copper on the litre gixxer.

I heard they had a new orange at the dealership..Went over to the shop to see it..They had already sold it..Went back later in the day and saw it parked outside..New owner was picking it up..It is a great looking bike...the Orange and blk is super...The tail I really like..Think it looks better than the old Busas...The pipes are super large..Overall the bike is beautiful...They can say what they want about the ass end but I really like it..I know I am going to try and get me a new orange Busa..Bently do not think you will be dissapointed..Sharp bike

a little motor work will go a long way, and being the underdog is cool, so i hope the busa is the faster stock bike.. 
I think the bird is ugly, and can't wait to smash some ego's with my "older slower" bike.

Not! The people who makes and sell them win.
I saw a guy years ago at the track with a pro mod Kaw. I asked him what he had in it. He said there was over $30k in the motor and if built right about 30 or so good passes. He also said that if he cant win some of that money if not all back racing he lose big time. So who come out smelling like a rose? The guy that built the motor. And the best thing about it is "NO WARRANTY" blow it up if you w!nt to!
