You rang? I'm hanging my head as I write this note - sadly we have no idea how fast the HT will run WFO in 6th gear with bags, 245hp and 38/17 gearing. Beyond the odd illegal pull to the top of 4th (BTW you're gone for that one up here if caught - jail) this bike has never been wound up. We got a sister kiss when It flashed 200mph in 5th gear at 11,000rpm, on Champion's Dyno.......Our deal for a standing mile run at Mirabel A/P vaporized when our French sponsor was told that I was the only guy who would be riding the bike, not their French pilot. That said, one of these days I've got to pack up the rig and drive a thousand fuckin miles or more to have some fun simply because no one in the wonderful country of Canada (and certainly no insurer) wants anything to do with this type of activity. Don't get me wrong - great place to raise your kids or get your appendix out in an emergency for free, but a shitty place for performance centric enjoyment.

Let me clarify, the sponsor had the contacts in management at Mirabell Airport (12,000ft of runway) who were apparently going to allow us to run but the sponsor wanted their French rider on the bike for the press, I said bad idea - no. Without a French rider, our sponsor walked, the deal feel apart. That said, you can't run 200+mph on the HYWs around here. Bike or car is gone and so is your license at a mere 30mph over the 60mph limit!!

this what happens when you run a stop sign in a Walmart parking lot in America . http://www.kob.com/article/stories/S3209305.shtml?cat=500#.UnsIBEbnZtS talk about land of the free and home of the brave

So a nitrous zx14r is not enough to get away from the cops?

Now I've heard everything.

Most fucked up cop story I've heard this week.......Furthermore - my leather suit is very snug around my ass so I'm staying out of that town!

Secondly, n2o & or turbo, it doesn't matter - if you're stupid enough to run from the cops up here they won't usually chase you, to dangerous for everybody else on the road and they get blamed for the resulting carnage the 20 yr old kid causes. They tend to rely on their 'air support'. You'll take off, run home etc., and they drop by about 5 minutes later. You're seriously fucked.

All joking aside, the good old days of ripping it up on the HWYs of Ontario on Sunday morning are gone........License and bike/car are gone for just 30mph over. Can't imagine the jail time you'd do for 150mph over the limit or your new insurance premiums!
