2012 ZX14R front sprocket removal, HELP!!
I have removed many front sprockets in m y life time but I cant get the the nut to turn with my impact or breaker bar, any ideas need help bad???

cheat pipe on breaker bar and a wood block in back wheel with rear brakes lock down. then an ouch when it breaks loose..

And point the breaker/cheat pipe FORWARD and push down!!! DONT point the pipe to the back and lift up.......you will turn your bike over.  Have someone hold the bike and brake on for you..........

+1 Yes That's the way I always got them until I changed the front sprocket my 2012 R1 I tried a buddy's Snap-on battery powered impact gun, Came right off.

Am I right/wrong in thinking that you turn the sprocket nut clockwise to loosen it, designed that way so it doesn't loosen up while sprocket gear is rotating counter clockwise...someone correct me if I am wrong!

OK, so it is my house fans that are reversed to take the plastic nut off...that is, by turning them clockwise~~
