Stock zx14R goes 201mph
I did the Michigan Mile and hit 201mph. Only bolt on parts.
This was set up;
Brocks Alien Pipe
Brocks Lowering Kit
Power Commander V
Brocks / Guhl Flash
MR 12
17/40 gears
Stock Motor
Stock Tires
Stock Wheel base
Stock Suspension
Stock Wheel bearings
Tiger Tail / Chain Gaurd
Mirror Block Offs
Made 11,200 in sixth gear with slight tail wind.
Bike was smooth as silk and very stable !

I think it would go much faster with the 47mm throttle bodies instead of the stock 44mm.

Nice work on the ZX14r.
I watched an R1 post 189mph on Saturday, and my friend hit 177mph on his stock 2008 CBR1000:

I guess I should post up what I ended up running, my 08 did 192 in the mile on Saturday. It has a ported head, zx10r wheels, lowered, tskigui exhaust, bmc race filter, and bazzaz zfi and afm. It was a fun time just wish more bikes would have been out there. Friday there was a zx14r, the silver cbr 1k, an early 2000 gsxr 1k, ducati 1098, and a 2000 busa and my 14. On saturday it was only me and another zx14, on sunday I didn't run so I don't know what was there then.

Slacker83, You ran great !! That was the most fun i had in a long time !! The run that was 195 was wrong, they came to us and said the timers read 201.4 But it was after the announcer said 195. Alex said he was going to post it i guess ? Anyways, My best time was 194. Not too bad for being 270 fully dressed.

Hey Slacker, sent you a PM on FB. I was the only bike on Sunday. Alex keeps saying they are close, but it has been a week now. I would really like to know officially what I did. I know the 212 the announcer said I did was wrong because it was the GTR behind me. Chris and Alex said he was the only one over 200 @ 212 and 213 so I really want to know. I read today that they had such timing issues that Friday was just a practice day now. WHAT? At least they got some cool picks of you and Paul. I have not seen one of my bike yet from them.

Brock, It looks like the official 200MPH pass will have to wait until another day. It looks like the numbers for friday are all jacked up. I have no doubt I will make the numbers. I ran an official 9.32 @ 149.6 at indy last weekend and i am 270 pounds fully dressed. Not to bad for just brocks bolt ons.
With a light driver and good air, i think 200 is going down !!

Thanks Paul for getting back to me, congrats on the 1/4 mile time my best on mine has been 9.32 @144 but I'm 155 lbs. You are haulin! I'm trying to decide on going to the ohio mile in september are you going to be going?
