Hello everybody. I'm worried.
Thanks for having me aboard. Last fall I took my '08 out. All was fine 'till I stopped for fuel. Wouldn't start. Put it up for winter. Just put a new battery in and still wont start. Checked and lubed the kickstand switch, bikes in neutral, checked fuses also. And there's fuel comming out of the overflow tube. This happened over the winter as well. Seems to happen when we get a warm spell here in MI. I've got to remedy this soon as my wife wants me to sell the bike rather than take it to the shop and "piss away more money". Hope you can help.

Oh my! I likey red heads. Really though, the fuel seems to be a coincidence. It happened last time we had a warm spell. For the record..I'll leave the o.l. before I sell my bike.

Need more info. Does it crank or nothing happens? Does it have a power commander or other after market FI or ignition device?
Form experience, I can tell you bad ground on PC3 or PCV or SB6 will prevent start.

If it doesn't crank check your kick stand safety switch...
