what is the psi on stock valve springs?
And what would be a good after market replacement? I've seen from 57-67...any difference on these? Stock motor

Higher spring pressure is to keep follower (bucket) in contact with cam. It will let you Rev higher with more margin of Safety. They prevent Valve float, which can be catstrophic .
Valves hitting pistons, breaking Valve heads off, = total Destruction-183 times per second @ 11,000.
Valve seats will get pounded a little harder, but not enough to worry about

I had a cam bucket explode over loosing a shim , ape springs worked great after . If u have a extended ecu IMO it's a must

ama get them, but are all the same?, some are 52psi all the way up to 67psi...does it matter or just get the cheapest?

If not building a crazy motor 52 would be fine like the carpenter springs, too much and u loose power
