Went 4-wheeler riding today. took some pics

Most from my trusty Kawasaki Brute Force 750 4x4.

The entrance to the riding area is acessesed down at the rivers edge through this several hundred yard long tunnel. It was used in the late 1890;s to get coal down to the river from the mines.

Here is a pic looking out from inside the entrance

It starts as a rock bed creek with lots of trials. I rode down some rapids and snapped a pic.

My buddy on his new Can Am 1000XT stuck in the sand, another friend is fixing to wench him out.

My Brute Force 750 dwarfed by the Can Am 1000

There are several tunnels cut through the hills

Another creek crossing

The Can Am 1000XT in action

Mud hole crossing

My friends King Quad had the tire bead unseat. Nothing like a team effort for a trial side fix

goimg in another tunnel

Those are some cool pics. I'm a flatlander so don't know what to think of all those elevation changes I'm seeing. Around here they drag race 4 wheelers and motorcross bikes. Go figure???

Here too. I currently have one in the works. A Gen 1 Hayabusa motor in a Kawasaki KFX400 Quad. It's going to be for the dirt drags. They are really popular here. It's a lot of fun

A view from inside one of the curved tunnels. At one point you can not see the entrance or exit

Me in my waders seeing how deep the creek was before crossing

I don't think my little 420 Rancher would have a chance with those big boys.

you would be surprised wee... a lot of times it's more about knowing how to ride than it is what you ride.

The 420 would do fine. You have to just be smart and pick your area to cross. The water was up to high because of all the rain over the past two days. There is a waterfall about 25 miles up that is huge and you can ride up the side and look off of it. More of a summer ride though because you get wet.
