ZX14 TURBO install questions

Does anyone know if its possible to have a oil pan cut down and have a oil return bung welded in at the same time? Im trying to kill two birds with one stone

Also, does anyone know where i can get a clamp for mounting a Marshall gauge off the front screw next to the fork? and when thats done it must need like a spacer and a longer screw, right? I'm trying to do it starting from scratch. I do have one clamp already though.

I had my pan cut down by OSR. Than put my bung in. But I would not recommend running a cut pan on the turbo bike on the street. I killed my motor due to lack of oil. On the track I would say go for it and over fill the pan but you will get oil draining back into the turbo from time to time

with a turbo you dont have the pipe running under the pan. we cut and boxed mine and gained an extra quart. There is a nice flat spot on the left side for the return line.

Can you post a pic of the inside of the pan? I have a couple extra pans and I'm doing another turbo bike now and would like to do something like that

sorry, I cant find any pics of the inside. All we did was mill the bottom off the pan, drill some holes in the side that you are adding the box to and also in the top of the pan into the new boxed area. the wall separating the original sump and the new box needs to extend almost to the bottom of the pan. Dont know if that helps you or not but if you have any questions I would be happy to try an help you out.
