I wonder if this is the guy we met up at HTP that rode his bike there the day we went to have the 14 tuned last year. That particular gentleman was flying as well if it's a different person. The gentleman I met was a very small individual so it has a good chance of being the same person.

I'm sure his clutch mod was of some help , how much ? i have no clue .. I know my bike when i first got it had no clutch mod and even had the flys in place , no p/c or ecu flash and ran 8.50 flat in the heat ..Only light weight parts were me and my old Brocks street smeg 
Now tell me you can take a gixxer ( any year ) add some wheel base and only a pipe and run 8.50s on pump gas .. Not going to happen ... But as the details come out about this bike i understand why it ran 8.38s ..Do i think the motor is stock ? Yes i do because of the MPH... He is do credit for what he has done with his bike .. He also has some mad riding skills to pull that off .. The man gets a high five from me for sure ..

Oh how fucking stupid of me I forgot if a bike has a clutch mod it isn't a stock motor. I knew Brocks cutch mods added like 2 points of compression and also helped the head flow a little better In some cases I heard it almost acts as a turbo and can even make the rider lighter. Lee I knew you had motor work to get in the 40's and 1bad just confirmed it!

Guess I won't be installing my Brocks clutch mod I just bought, I hate running bikes with motor work. And I don't feel like pulling the head to install it.

so this means you can't show me where Suzuki put clutch mods in their stock bikes .. 
you know me I'd said the same thing if it was a Kawasaki or bmw or Yamaha ..show me where the manufacturers supply clutch mods to make the motors even more stock than stock ..
Lance Armstrong only took a few pills also that shouldn't matter..
and Pete Rose only betted on baseball..

So I guess once the stock clutch burns up and it needs replaced the motor is no longer stock either. Damn wee would still be in the 9's if his motor was stock. 14r is looking even less impressive.

Suzuki sells OEM clutchs ..but not brocks clutch mods .. just like i told you show me a" completely stock motor" from any factory with a brocks clutch mod in it..

I know one thing I bet it was not the 09 and up 1000. Suzuki ruined it. clutch mod or not.

Yup your right I said lee and wee are not running stock motor bikes they both have a clutch mod and lee even uses a drag pak clutch it's easy to see he would still be in the 10's with a stock motor. Brock could sell them easy for 4500.00 to 5500.00 that's what most built motors cost on average to build from other sources.

Actually if Lee put a rock clutch in his 14r and ran 8.10 let's say, it's still a stock motored bike with a slider clutch are you really that fuking stupid anymore. if not you should be on TV because you a hell of an actor. until this thread I've never heard anyone say a clutch mod makes it a not stock motor bike. Guess I learn something ever day. I'm done in this thread, this board is a waste of time anymore madness is right on the mark with his comment.

I have an 08 Gixxer 1000 and a 2012 14R both bikes have the same mods and the Gixxer wont even come close to my 14R

people like you that want to claim this completely stock motor shit after modding a bike .. it only had a brocks clutch mod .well were does it end with clutch mods at the sliders with the stock motor shitt .. or does a completely stock motor means just that completely stock motor ..
the biggest problem is theirs nobody to police these completely stock motor proclaimed records.. the guy ran 8.30's on a mostly stock motor bike not a fukking completely stock motor bike .. so what.. . i know some people that have some stock motor bikes by your standards that would love to race this bike ..they only have a few bolt ons also ..honest..

my friend has the 2009 gixxer which is the same as the 2012-13 model and that shit makes only 164 to the wheel and his 2012 14r makes 200 to the wheel same dyno!!! If someone calls him out and tell him to put his bike on a dyno with another gixxer same year and mods and I bet you they're not gonna do it

Man, sometimes threads go straight to hell when some ppl posts, the dude rode his ass off, whether how light or clutch mod who cares, if there's no power adder then its a freaking stock motor, leave it at that mean a longer wheelbase, sprocketchange, fuel, CLUTCH MOD, weight loss, shock, etc, it all helped to put stock horsepower to the ground, just give props n leave it alone, same guys saying the same stuff in every thread, give it a rest already
