looking at getting a set of carrozzeria V-Track wheels over the winter and was wondering if other than needing a zx12 rear sprocket are these direct bolt on?

Yes, other than the need for a ZX12 rear sprocket they are a direct bolt on. I have the black
V-Track and most people think they are stock ZX14 wheels, of couse that's what I was shooting for.

Had them on my 2007. Direct fit. Just ordered a set for my 2012. Great wheels.

Wonder how much lighter these wheels are VS the new 14r wheels. I've seen new 14r whhels sell for 500.00 already and I bet they are almost as light and a direct bolt on and damn good looking as well.

The 14 ones must be lighter then the Busa ones cuase my buddy put them on his gen 2 busa and lost just shy of 8 lbs. And I always thought stock 14 wheels were lighter then Busa wheels.

ok

2012 ZX14R

stock front 28 lbs with stock used tire and rotors
stock rear 33.5 lbs with used up hook up and rotor
61.5 LBS

CZ front 23.5 lbs with shinko new front tire and stock rotors
CZ rear 29.5 lbs with new hook up and stock rotor
53 LBS

so 8.5 lbs total

1 1/2 lb lighter if you go with the Galfer rear brake rotor
I think the 06 to 11 wheels where about 4 to 5 lbs heavier than 2012 but I didn't find the numbers for them I do have it wrote down and will post when I find them.
