Cars vs Bikes

you all hear about 1500hp cars running against our almost standard bikes, but how come they all seem to have a few rules they like to put into it
one of the rules is to start the race from abuut 70 mph, a bunch of pussies, and then as they know they gonna win in the top speed ,they all come across bragging about it

can they .for godds sake do an honest mid 8 sec. run and then talk about it .i know there are a few cars capable of doing it .but give me the break .

But how much money is involved in those 1500 HP cars, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat a stock motorcycle like the zx14 1000rr busa etc ,,,

Those videos generally show larger individuals on sportbikes with poor tucks, hand clutching it through the gears with a suboptimal tuck at best. I would be willing to bet quite a few never actually snap it to the stop either until its too late anyways.

I've generally found my stock motor n/a 12 good to go against 800 RWHP vehicles with still a little left in it on my end. With a small shot of dope I've done had no problem putting a football field on some of those 800-1000 HP cars. My size/weight surely helps, but it is worth mentioning the size of the rider is only part of the equation. There are many people who just keep adding HP and still haven't learned how to ride their bike, using more HP to bandaid their lack of skills...only to find they are even more limp wristed thru the gears due to the additional pull they weren't quite ready for.

I get a good laugh when I see some of those bike vs car videos...I see the guy's thigh in the vid and shake my head....damn near as wide as my torso and they're playing right into the hands of the cars.

1500 HP cars is not the norm BTW.....and there are pleny of runs that get aborted quickly when the car guy blows up wringing its neck against a near stock bike.
