MR12 and ignition

I am thinking to make a new map for my bike using MR12.
Do I need to go to dyno or just add some (?) fuel to the map I am now using?
Having this ignition map:

for 100 octane pump gas do I need to make a new timing map less agressive?
With this timing it made 210hp.

If you are going to spend the money to run mr12, I would get a custom tune done.

He said MR12, but yes, considering the costs associated with race fuel definately spend the money to tune it right.

I never go over 2° on pump gas, on something like MR 12. I would think either no timing advance, or 1° at the most. A lot of it also comes down to how hot is the motor, detonation or pre-ignition is sometimes started buy hot spots in the chamber. because of the low octane, the flashpoint is quicker, less timing is needed, on a high-octane fuel like C 16 for nitrous, it will hurt your horsepower without nitrous, because of its slow burn rate, this can be helped by moving the timing up if you're just running motor. I have heard of some guys, knocking the rods out on MR 12, probably because of hi timing, and hot lapping it.
