clear alternatives smoked lights

Are there any higher quality smoked tail lights? Just put mine in and a bunch of LEDs aren't lit up. Factory light has a foam seal on the bottom that's missing on the CA version. Guess some silicone or weather strip would keep muck out.

On the rear turn signal its just a replacement lens which also doesn't have the factory foam seal. Are you siliconing these too?

if you just installed the tail light with lights out call them up and they will send you a replacement for free. I have had to do this before.

Also i just took the foam strip off of the factory lights and reused it on the smoked lights. Never had any issues as of yet..

The lights are not made by clear alternatives any more. They got bought out a few years ago. They are now made by Moto Lume out of cali.

Oh yea, you have quite a few led's out on that one. Give them a call and tell them the problem. I bought mine thru 58 cycle and i had to call them back and get a free replacement. I didnt even have to ship them the old one.

Dont live with that, get it fixed.

Got a reply back from Matt. Moto lume is telling him I have to send the light back to moto lume and they replace it. That means taking the back end apart a couple more times if I want to ride the darn thing.

Yes, p&p. Except separate wire to spice for the signals? I don't use them anyway.
