Dallas raceway

Thinking about going to a race at Dallas raceway. Anybody have any experience with this track. Me and a buddy are thinking of making the trek from Cali for a VW race.

I was at Texas motorplex years ago running my Hemi and there was a shit load of fast VW's there. A VW powered rail was flying, I think it was in the 6's , fast ass bugs too.

I used to sand drag with Jim Trower and his son Rod... They had a rail called "lotta G's 2" that was in the mid high 2's @110mph+ on sand in the 330ft. pretty impressive for a VW motor.
