Where I'm at,30miles west of New orleans, it passing dead over us,slowly, just setting there pounding us. We rode through tuffer Hurricanes before, but they moved on through, NOT this one, this one is just moving sooo slow..

yah.. i have been watching it and it is not moving and circling.. sometime tomorrow midday should see some relief.. stay safe..hope the best for you guys..

yea, the flood / rain pounded us. I'm ok & still reporting to work(Oil refinery, we're still running), BUT this is the worst floods from storms in our parish ever.... There people stranded bieng cut out of roofs just like Orleans parish was with Katrina.... Quite a few people i work with has much water in there homes... Areas that NEVER flooded are under water...WOW
