Tire slipping on Rim

Question have you guy ever had the tire slip every pass on the rim an inch to 2 inches?
If so how did you stop it?
I'm running CZ wheels and shinko round slick with 14 lbs on air.
Thanks

The couple of 180-55 tires I ran moved on the rim. I went back to a 190 and it doesn't do it anymore.

Make sure there isn't a bunch of lube on the bead when you install the tire. I have done them using only windex, and that cured the slipping problem. Brock suggested I use the commercial product Ru Glyde, it is supposed to be outstanding.

Mine moves no matter what tire, 180,190, or slick. I got some "super hold" hair spray for it, but always forget to use it.
By the way, I don't use any lube to mount my tires.

Has hair spray worked for anyone?

On a serious note guys, if I had problems with a tire in the past i would clean the bead with glass cleaner to remove any list on the tire, then use it for lube to mount the tire, it has alcohol in it and will dry with no residue. Worked for me.
