Works great, what kind of mount you using? I can't ride without gloves, I feel naked.

It was just suction cupped to the top of the tank .. On the zx14 it will be on the side with a suction cup with a safety strap i made .. I feel naked without the gloves also .. I did have my skid lid on Only took 6 min to get to the shop and back .. It's great to only spend 3 min to get to work

Lee I have a tank mount if you want to try it. I'm not using it. Would be in the way for drag racing.

Lee I'm not sure if you have played around with the setting yet but I'll give you a things I have picked up... Depending on what you want too do with the vids you dont have to shoot in 1080p. If your going to upload vids to youtube the picture quality will not be real good anyways after uplaoding then rendering. Shoot in 720p it wont take up half as much room on your memory card. Buy the screen you can pug in too the back of the camera. You will need to buy another case but it save's alot of "is thing on"? I set mine so the red light flashes when it's recording but it has been known to kick off before..not sure why. The suction cup mount on mine has survived past 160 mph on the side of a bike before. Just make 100% sure it's on a semi flat surface...I found out trying to mount it on newer bikes is a PIA because there is not alot of flat surfaces. I hope some of this helps...

Yup...STD def is fine. The GoPro 2 has flashing lights on several places...so you can see it's working from almost any angle. That mount will not work over decals(breaking a seal around the foot). But the surface needn't be totally flat.I've mounted mine in the helmet dip on the tank cover with zero probs...couldn't do that with the earlier Hero HD suction mount. But the new one...it DOES mount on there. And on the fairings as well...IF there's no decals underneath. It'll hold at 190....I know...I did it.I think it mounts there now because they redesigned that tank cover to fit the larger airbox.NOT because they changed the mount.

I would think the longer the attachment the more unstable it would be.

Thought that looked familiar.I had a 2001 ZRX-1200.Same color. But my 1999 ZRX-1100 was faster.I had it geared lower with a Dale Walker pipe and I used Dynojet stage 3 gets and pods.Had +4 rear sprocket.Thing would wheelie like theres no tomorrow.I miss that bike.
