Coming along nicely! Is the goal to break 200 mph with those bags attached?

Photobucket

If so, that should prove "interesting"!

Yes, that's one goal........More inportantly we wanted to build something different via my 'hyper touring' concept and attract the industry's 'best of the best' sponsors wise, which was nicely accomplished primarily due to this site.
Thanks boys,
Cliff

Guys..... I just noticed that I entered the link to the International Motorcycle SuperShow in Toronto (where the ht project will be introduced in January) incorrectly. Here is the proper link http://www.motorcyclesupershow.ca

Cam, The Plastic Surgeon, has removed and filled the front turn signals - he's working on the rears tonight. John Connery should have them painted and back to me by Friday. The Muzzy Ti/Carbon Fiber exhaust is in being ceramic coated with satin black (including the end caps and springs) at Fireball Performance Coatings in Erin Ontario....Should look wild baby!!!

Finished the n2o bag build last night and the rear Kappa bag mount 'right thru the seat tail' at Tricked Toys, once again Rob pulled a rabbit out of his hat and designed fabulous (incredibly compact) set-ups. The tail bag looks like it's simply sitting on the tail there are npo visible achors. n2o hard Bag is off to the painter John Connery this am, I expect the bike will be back at my shop this weekend. Once we get the ceramic pipes on, we're ready to roll..............6 month project built in 60 days!
Heading for the photo studio in about 2 weeks for some wild 'pro' action then we'll roll this baby into the International SuperShow and blow the lid off the place!!! In the process of designing a very sexy booth for the 3 day display.

Kappa rear seat bag mounted via (4) removable anchors bolts right thru the bottom of the bag, thru the seat and secured to the plastic seat plate. Brilliant, secure at 200mph, invisible and sexy - easy to pop on and off as well. When we don't want the bag on the rear seat, we simply install the solo cover. Very innovative touring mod by Lenny at AAA Plus Trim and Rob at Tricked Toys.

Thanks Silver, it gets better.......I'm going to buy a Go-Pro camera and hook it up to my helmet so come Spring, I can take everyone along for a ride to demonstrate what happens ON SCREEN when we introduce a 50 shot of Muzzy juice with our instant button activated 'richer' PC5 map, might even pull 2-3 degrees of timing, not sure yet if it necessary considering I will be running a 50/50 mix of pump and C14.. Tuned correctly, The EGT's will show a slight increase in temp (ie 1200-1250) but no more, otherwise we're too lean and I'll add more fuel. The O2 is interesting for autotune and normal, non juice riding, however not something I rely on for n2o tuning, due to the fact that nitrous oxide makes it's own oxygen and it can often be misrepresetned, or just too late a reading from the o2 sensor........This is in teresting, the EGT's can also help us determine the injector 's duty cycle (amount of fuel they can flow) as we ramp up our n2o shot (once stronger exhaust valves are in) I suspect that in time, we'll be able to comfortably produce a 100hp shot on straight C16 with our 'modified' Muzzy system.
Should be fun.
Cliff
Muzzy ceramic coated pipes should be back tomorrow, Mark at Fireball Coatings says the look fabulous.

Guys..........Break-thru number 47 - Why not put the side panels on as one big piece? No need to struggle with the 'forman's' individually, just secure your rubber grommet points before hand in the comfort of your living room. Seems to fit fine as one big piece on and off, including the inside panels - this is without a doubt the biggest pain in any builder's ass, puttting the completely dismantled bodywork back together!
Thanks,
Cliff

I thought you cars guys might get a kick out of this ...........I decided to turn one of my rides into a track day player. Great vehicle and the only one they ever brought to Canada back in 2003 - then I had Dinan lean on the torque monster 4.4 liter V8......Too heavy to be class competitive, however should be lots of fun at 'brake friendly' Mosport', just scooting around.

Thanks for the pm's......It's an M packaged, 540i Sport Wagon built in Germany. Big over there, but they couldn't sell them here in North America at 100K. Dinan pumped it up by 40hp and 40ft/lbs of T.

Morning boys......Bike paint will be finished tomorrow on the final tail pieces and then she comes back to my place for assembly, wiring, some mild tuning (map playing) and lots of detailing and ogling!!
Mark at Fireball Coatings called to say the ceramic coated pipes and caps are nasty in satin black. Along with the Muzzy C/F mufflers, it should be a very stealthy look for this bike..........I'll get the exhaust built ASAP and post a pic for all to enjoy. Also a pic of our finished n2o 'control center' in the hard bag - it's a very sexy showcase of the Muzzy system, dressed up accordingly - should create a lot of WOW at the January SuperShow.
