Nitrous for my 14R

Hey guys I need some nitrous help. I am trying to figure out the best nitrous kit for 2012zx14. In the past I have run the muzzy combo kit with the air shifter/nitrous kit combined but I already have a shifter and am now looking for spray. I definitely want to do a spray bar and a controller. I am partial to the NOS 2 stage mini controller because it is what I run on my cars and though it is small it get the job done quite well plus it is super easy to make adjustment on the fly at the track. A few years ago everyone was just using a 40-50 dry shot of dry nitrous letting the ECU doing the addition/compensation of extra fuel because of the cool mist in the air box. I was a big fan of this as well as push button system until I got into spraying 300-400 shot of nitrous on cars. Now I truly believe a controller and a wet kit is the way to go but I am not sure if it they way to go on the bike. I am looking to spray about a 50-75 shot in the meantime and after I get motor fully forged may try to move up to a 80-100 shot depending on fuel availability. Also one of the most common things I thing is over looked when it come to nitrous is not only plug gapped but a step or two colder plugs. Does anyone have any suggestion on that. What gap are you running and what plugs. On my car on a 400 shot I would run a 4 step colder compared to stock pull about 12 degree of timing with some good gas and let it rock. I assume once I get into the bigger shot on the 14 like the 80-100 shot I may want to pull some timing as well as a step or two colder plug. Also who has the best pricing for putting a kit together or buying one off the shelf

As you can probably tell I am not new to nitrous but am new to the way to use on the new 14r… All advice greatly appreciated!!!

Well it sounds like you don't need a kit, just a noid and bottle. Pick your fav noid that you have had the best luck with and buy a bottle. The spray bars from gsx1300 have done me well to 100hp gains. Never tried more I was pulling 8* of timing and running c16 one step colder plugs running stock gap

I have a 40 shot dry kit on my 14R, and if I had it to do all over again.... It would have been a wet kit. Started off with fogging the air box, then went to a spray bar with 2nd map. These motors are solid and will handle a 50 shot all day long, but if your going to be spraying more than that you should do a few engine upgrades.
I am tinkering with the idea of pulling the NOS and selling it, Dynotune twin 20oz. bottle kit, with a spraybar..... You might see it on the Classifieds soon

the good thing about wet kit is no map changings .. advised to know what your A/F'S are when spraying.. but if your a motor bike and have a good motor fuel map ..then your good to go off spray ..on spray it supplies it own fuel but you should install a A/F reader of some kind or dyno run it to check A/F'S ..

the one thing i really like about the daytona over the mini is you can hold your ramp or ramp it up or down during the run. its really helpful for short bikes and dialing into a track with soso prep.
