Lowering strap
Hello
I bought a lowering strap kit and I want to ask if I must replace the stock caliper bolts for longer.

The answer's yes but the length depends on the type of brackets you are using. I bought some from Ryan Schnitz and they certainly needed longer bolts so I bought four Titanium M10 x 70mm fine pitch socket cap bolts (from Pro Bolt, part number TISC1070F).
I measured the thickness of the bracket and added it to the standard bolt length to determine what I needed, use threadlock too.
If you look here: http://www.schnitzracingstore.com/catalogs/catalog.asp?prodid=4801159&showprevnext=1 you'll see that the gold brackets come with the correct caliper bolts.

I have used both Schnitz and Brocks and used stock bolts ... Never a single problem doing so .. But if you feel the need just get some longer bolts ..

Something else about the bolts that used for connecting the strap with the bracket, they have some kind of washers, how much should I tight them?

The bolts normally come in lengths of 5mm increments, so if your bracket is 8mm deep a 5mm longer bolt would do the job. The thread depth is what it is for a reason and personally I wouldn't take any risks with brakes.
