Eh..........looks too much like the Akra. The carbon fiber version is a little better. Well, the wait goes on............

I actually really like those, (as I wait for word that my Brocks Duals will be arriving in OH after a 90 day backorder) I think the Carbon version are killer looking and they sound real nice for slip on's.

+1 Bently, I wasn't going to say anything since I am usually the first one to bash slip-ons for many reasons, but since you opened the ball.

I don't mind slip ons. not everyone races or needs the last 5 hp but those do not look good to me at all.

I would agree, but I have not met too many people that go the slip-on route and not regret it later. Most everyone that I have talked to bought a slip-on, sales it for a loss and then buys a full system. With that being said though, I do agree this is not a very good looking system. The Two Brothers or even the Yosh looks better than these.

Akra has done so that slip-ons can be upgraded to full system just by buying the new header

I don't think they look that bad, but the Yoshimura pipes do look better imo.

Anything looks better than the stock cans IMHO. It's great for people on a budget that can't buy the whole system at once, they get to buy the cans then header down the road. I originally put the Brock's CT (which i love) on my bike then wanted to get the duals, unfortunately I can not upgrade the single system to the dual... Bummer.

Those are decent looking but they still look big. I would go with Yosh also if I was going to the slip on route.

Actually do agree that the Yosh's are the best looking, but like these too.
IF I'm VERY lucky, by this time next week I will have my Brocks CT Dual full system on my 14R, w/PC5! It's been a long backlog wait!

I'm really sick and tired of looking at them big ass cans on the side of the bike since 06!
When will Kawasaki come up with the concept that looks nice and powerful. "Hello!"

I think people as a rule don't like the "start small, end big" look to these silencers.
I like the regular cylindrical shapes. Tapered is not pretty.

if that would have been the new 14r i would have bought a used gen 2 busa instead. that concept would be no better then a zx 10 for riding position and p
assenger seat would suck as well.

I expect you will see a "normal" right exit system from LV. That said, what I know for sure is 4-2-1 design, 6061 stainless steel full exhaust with either stainless or carbon canisters. Given that their systems are on 250 HP MotoGP bikes and a 208 MPH WSK ZX10, power should not be a issue.

I had that exact year and color GPZ1000RX, except in the U.S. it was calld the Ninja 1000R. I loved that bike....all day comfort, fast as hell like a kawi should be, and handled great for its day. Plus I still think it was one of the best looking sportbikes ever made
And fastest, most powerful production bike on the planet in 86.......sound familair?

I don't like those cans a lot, simply because the Brock's CT cans are smaller and better looking, imo. Plus those hanger straps are terrible; should be built into the can, like the Brock's...again, imo. Those cans look like the Akra's to me, also.
