Hypothetically speaking, if some guy said they could hang with you and it would be ... oh.... I don't know....neck and neck....
Say you pulled his card....
Say you offered to pay for his fuel, hotel, food, and entry fees to run against you at the exact same spot. All he had to do was clock a higher speed and he'd go home with it all paid for.....no charge....every penny paid for.....
But when you offered it to him he came up with a myraid of excuses.....
Hypothetically....what would that say about said person.....assuming said person existed and actually had said 2012 ZX-14R?
