Yeah I am not really happy about the radiator being cut down. I am going to add the second fan and zx10 fender and see about a cooler thermostat and see if all those things help.

Have a good look at the radiator /turbo relationship, if its only cut a few cores its not realy going to change much, if its more see if you can get a full length radiator in there
Which turbo kit do you have ?

It's a velocity kit. I will check a stock radiator and see how much difference there is. Does anyone know what the factory thermostat temp is and where I can get a cooler one

I think I may have identified the culprit and I have a funny story to bOot. After about an hour of riding I'm going slow down a side road with a buddy and we pull over to stop and as soon as I stop boom high temp flashes. Well my buddy who actually is a pretty good mechanic reaches under the fairing and squeezes the main radiator hose and boiling coolant squirts on his hand. I say here's your sign! Long story short hole in the radiator hose I hope that's what's causing it considering I think I have 5 of those things in the parts bin.
I will keep you guys updated if that fixes it am still going to install the second fan I already ordered from schnitz even if that does fix it
