CNC 47MM

Has CNC developed the 47MM throttle bodies to fit on the 14R? If so does it have a negative impact on the bike while riding on the street?

Yes, Competition CNC has 47 and 48 mm throttle bodies as well as the supersport head package for the 2012 zx14r. We did the first head and tb's for Rickey. So far the drive-ability is the same as removing the upper butterflies. Yes you need to remap the bike but you shouldn't be using a generic map anyway. You should always get your bike mapped. Generic maps are just a starting point.

Also FYI we have gen1 and gen 2 busa 46 and 48 mm units that dont have any step in them like the ones that have been on the market by others companies.
The gen 2 units have shown 13 hp on our large busa grudge motors. We have gen 1 and 2 busa motors well over 300hp now on HTP's dyno. The most power HTP has seen from ANY busa head and cam packages. And you can use an off the shelf Murray sidewinder 1-7/8" tube header

What is the turnaround time if I send my throttle body out to you right now and what kind of gains can I expect to see?

We dont have cores for the 2012 zx14 tb's so it will take at least 3 weeks.
You can expect about 7 hp.
