Who presses rivet on the back of clutch baskets?
I am looking to see if anyone knows who presses rivets into the back of the clutch basket. I used MTC and after 5 runs the basket loosened up again. I do not have a car tire bike or anything crazy. Running an MTC slider stock zx14 engine. This is kinda ridiculous that this happened after 5 runs. My dad and brother run 10" car tire wheelie bar bikes with the same slider setup and have ran them for 5 years now with no problems. They also have MTC setups, im thinking material or employees must have changed. Not good I spend $130 to have it fixed and 5 runs later its loose... Any information would be greatly appreciated!!!

What did they do for $130? Replaced the fasteners? Or re-peened the existing ones? Any chance for pics?

Send it back and have them redo it! Yes I've had Falicon do a couple clutch baskets and even a hub. Not problems what so ever. If I remember right they were around $80 unless you needed other parts or work.

Talked to Eric at MTC today. Basically he said they are at a loss for words on the situation. He seems to think the back plate of the clutch basket is bending and making the spring (or washer on inside) inoperable. He said he doesnt think its the rivets loosening. Also he said mine and my brothers basket are 2008 which could also be a problem, maybe because of a thinner backing plate... They dont have an answer for me.
Im running a stock 2008 ZX14, with a slider, anyone running this setup and have any answers???? Havent talked to Falicon or Hayes, etc yet...
