Boy you guys are small. I am 6'5 and a svelt 335 (down from 397 a year ago) I am only 33 almost 34 but I have had back surgery and have some shoulder problems and I have never ridden a more comfortable bike than the zx14 and I have owned everything from a Suzuki 800 boulevard to a zx10 and a m109 and an 08 Busa and now I back to my third zx14. Get it you will love it!

14 is great...but the selling point of the 14R is hp. Sure, it looks better and has a variety of improvements...but end of the day, the hp is what sells it...

Hey Chicken Strips, I sure like that Brocks pipe even more now, is that the StreetMeg Pipe, and is it a complete system, or a muffler replacement. I email Brocks and am waiting for an answer on that exact question. As well that Corbin with the removable backrest sure is a great system as well. My wife always insists on My Bikes having that comfort upgrade for Touring. Anyway Great Bike.

Thanks for the compliment. The pipe is Brocks Alienhead 2. Running great at 5000 feet elevation with PC 5 , Brocks street map 2 which the version 1 did seem to run rich especially at lower rpm's but where can you open this bike up unless your on the strip, so far it seems to have helped. Amazing machine.

Chicken Strips: I just bought a ZX-14R SE and I'm looking to set it up similarly. Instead of the Alien Head I'm probably going to go with the Street Meg. I really like the look of the Corbin seat and the fact that you can use the cowl with it. Do you find the Corbin more comfortable than the stock seat?

Chicken Strips: Where did you find that tank cover at?

Patrick

Awesome Question Patrick, I was thinking the same thing. I haven't seen anything like that for the ZX14(R).
Looks nice Chicken Strips
