People really hate bikes I am very respectible on public roads, in every possible way ( except backroads). I had a woman take a picture of me and call the police, just turning around in a culda sack (rich neighborhood). I was on a secluded back road the other day, and every turn has limited visibility.... a car was deadstopped trying to get me to run into them. A empty school parking lot, on a saturday, a man calls police saying im doing circles too fast. I called the police to meet up with a deputy, because i was so frustrated. He even agreed the people here have no life. Why do people hate bikes so much?

Because of all the asshats who have to have the loudest possible exhaust, show off to everyone by acting the fool in traffic, or ripping through a quiet neighborhood with autozone tips welded to their headers. And the list goes on.

lol i hear ya was going thu a 1 way road (the right way ) guy comes flying at me (wrong way) then gets out and wants to fight . calling me a punk and so on. im 29 200 lbs and boxed half my life. but the point is were always wrong even when right.

the law does protect them but when my life is put in jepordy kiss that out the window. i work 60 + hours a week and help people when i can. yes i do speed but in the right places. i dont ride like a dink so dont treat me like one.

Dont pull any of the tough guy shit here in Texas. Legal to carry guns in our cars with no permit. A pissed off bike rider will get his ass handed to him down here quick.

I definitely carry when I am in a state that allows it. Right now I am in another communist state ran by yuppies and politicians (Maryland or as I have dubbed it East California). Concealed carry permits are very difficult to get here and they do not honor any other states permits so my Georgia permit is worthless here. Another one of the pains of being military and moving every few years.

a hand full of pocket change does wonders too. I had a guy try to fight me on base yesterday because I merged into traffic at 35 mph and he thought that I should have yielded to him because he was 100 yds back. I politely asked him to go fuck himself and then told him if he felt that strongly about it to follow me to our housing where I was fully prepared to smash his dick with a rubber mallet after beating him unconsious. I couldn't figure out why he didn't follow me. oh well... Some things are better left alone.
