Turbo zx14
I just recently put a turbo kit on my 08 zx14 and with the stock injectors im at 95+% dutycycle on 7psi at 42psi fuel pressure.I have bumped the fuel pressure to 60psi and the dutycycle is at 84% now but there is stuttering at low rpm and any rpm when I jump on the gas to race.
Anyone know what I need to do to fix this issue?
I have 330cc (stock) now and have ordered 725cc but I am unsure if this will fix the problem or just make a new issue.

tell us about your fuel system., pump? fmu? the safest thing to do is to have someone that knows what he is doing to map it.. If its lean and you boost it you wont get a second chance.

I am assuming that you have a stock motor bike with a stock fuel pump?
What or whos turbo kit, do you have a fmu or 1:1 regulator, have you had the bike tuned

I have a muzzy stage 1+ kit it comes with fuel pump and 1:1 FPR
AFR is 11.8 at full boost and 13.8 off boost

stay with the stock injectors for a stage one kit and if you go more boost you will need motor work first and i would only run 550s ,725s are to big unless you are running e85 sounds lk you just a good map by the way that 1to1 that came with the muzzy fuel kit sucked got a automotive from schnitz .

I looked at the specs on both and they are the same so I just used the one that came with the kit.
I have an aeromotive but I was going to sell it to my brother.

I droped the fuel pressure and went for a ride and its alot better than it was so im just going to return or sell the injectors and order 550s or get a better fuel pressure reg that will do more than 1:1

i still run stock injectors making over 400 hp @ 20 lbs for 4 years now no prob. i dont think you need the 550s unless your going to do the motor ../ i could use the 550s on my bike butt have trouble getting what i got down the track

I just finished tuning mine to 18 psi with 565cc injectors , and a 1.6:1 regulator referencing plenum pressure and no vac from tb's
thats at 95%dc, and not gong to use it beyond 16 for now
very happy with the results so far , just need a bit of seat time to check if it needs any refining on the day to day traffic stuff
