Will gen1 bolt on extensions work on a gen2
Just what the title says. Starting to get the 2012 together and I want to temporarily run the old gen1 bolt on extensions I have. Will they work and do I need to remove the traction control stuff if they will.
Thanks

Lee ran them shortly on his '12, they had a 1/2 gap where the old adjuster bolts were. If I recall correctly he acually left the old adjuster bolt all the way screwed in and bolted them up.

They will work. I am currently using some on my 2012 zx14r. Just as it was stated before there is a small gap between the extention and the swingarm adjuster bolt. I left the bolts in and used threadlocker on extentions bolts. Depends on how far over you go. I think im about 4 to 6 over and the tc cable reaches. If you go more you can prolly splice it and make it longer.
