Pit Bull Fork Conversion stand

Just picked up one of the PitBull Fork conversion stand to useon my ZX14 with my front stand ordered the right pin for the front the #14 and it works great. It is a little easier to get in there and see what is going on if you pull the front fender 4 bolts and the two clamps that hold the brake lines two rear section of the fender. PitBull really makes a very quality product little pricey but well worth the money for the quality and the stability it provides while on the stands. Was very pleased how well it worked. Now to get those front forks pulled off and freshened up.

The front pin stand is easier to use if you do the zx10 fender conversion. The zx10 fender is not as tall as the stock duck bill..

Thats what i noticed at least..

+1

Also use caution when using the pin stand with some after market SS brake lines. Some are not as long as stock. When the forks relax they pull the brake lines tight and put pressure on the fittings.

Seriously?? Thats like asking will my bike move without a chain.... I know these bike are aerodynamic but come on. My advice dont post comments like this if you dont want to flame out.

A side note, dont think you have to worry about hitting 186 mph.. Either not enough street or scared sh!tless.

Just ride and enjoy the breeze and view... Oh yea hold on when you twist your right hand.

Back to the topic. Im affraid to use these stands soley because my kids run around. They broke some of my plastic clips last time.... Anyways... Im affraid they will hit the bike just enough and it will tumble down.

IDK... the bike is quite stable when on the full set of stands. One would have to hit the bike fairly hard (especially young children) to cause it to topple. Just my 2 cents.

I have a set of pitbull stands and when I have the bike up on them it would take some hit to knock the bike over.
