1/4 Mile wee
Got to do some 1/4 mile action tonight, I didn't get to do lots of tuning with Richcraft because of the series race, I think they only let me run 5 times and the wait was long in between runs, the 5th run I was so tired it was pathetic, loaded up after that one. Best I could manage was an 8.80@153.8mph, scales were not installed so I didn't get to weigh bike and rider, All 5 passes were 8.80's. Hi Lucky! lol

8.80@153.8 I don't see a problem with those numbers ..Guessing Your bike is 540+ ? pounds and you are 200+ pounds ? total of 740+ pounds and running 8.80 flat ...Seeing the gen 1 modded zx14 with a 200 pound rider is hard pressed to run 8 anything ( most run 9.10s to 9.20s on a good pass )You are going great in my book .. Looks like your 1/8 mile MPH came up with the mapping also ..
What was your 60 footer on that 8.80 pass ?

Sure wee got onto the 8s after 2 zx14s and 1000s of passes .. shane got into the 8s with a lot of weight removed off his bike . Wee has at least 70 + pounds more than me to take down the track ..

yes 8.95, but that was the best pass at DRW, I went there every weekend, I made 4-5 runs yesterday, my 14r will run 8.70's there, I just need to go when I can get a run that will be less than 1 hour apart, 14r is going to be about 2 tenths faster than my gen 1 in a 1/4 mile.

The 8.80 was actually an 8.801, so only 2 thousandths away from being able to say it ran an 8.7 .........

This thread is inspriational.
I went to opening day at Cordova yesterday and it was jam packed, plus they were having problems with the timing equipment so I only made 2 passes.
11.0 @ 134 and then a 10.8 @ 136. Maybe next weekend I can get some back to back runs and work on that pathetic 2.0 60'. Also learned traction control is not my friend at the dragstrip.

Nice piloting, Wee! I'm waiting for Brock's CT Meg and lowering links. Although it is already hitting 90+ degrees in Sacramento, I'll be posting some "average Joe" numbers from the west coast in the near future

Rickey's bike is a nitrous bike- I was making passes on motor. There is a .38 jet and spray bar but it seems to be no more then a 25 shot with the map he runs. Very consistant bike, but not a head hunter.
