2009 ZX14
Any idea where to go to next.
Battery is brand new 12.6
Scorpio alarm works lights flash when activated.
No console lights or anything when key is in the on position.
Both fuse boxes are all good nothing blown.
Is there another relay at coil that can be bad.
Pissed off so a good time to ask questions.

I think that alarm has a ingition dissable, look up the wireing diagram for the alarm at scorpio's website. One you locate the alarms ignition dissable wire check the conection, Id bet there is a good chance its the problem. Depending on where it was tied in, it could cause these symptoms.

Alarm is probably connected directly to battery thats why it works. I would check fusable link.

"No console lights or anything when key is in the on position."

Scorpion ignition disable cuts all power from the dash too?
Just asking.

Yes it does.

There should be an inline fuse as well on the alarm. Double check it. You should be able to bypass the ignition kill on the alarm. It should be a little square box with 2 blue wires that tie into the ignition. I would bypass it first and go from there.

What version of alarm are you dealing with? do you know?

I have alarms on 2 of my 3 bikes....my 14 has a scorpio alarm. The hi-jack ignition disable feature is nothing but a problem waiting to happen, I don't have that hooked up on either bike. But overall the alarms have been great, stopped MANY people from messing with my bikes, and kept quite a few kids off of them. I've caught quite a few folks (including kids with parents watching) just leaving my bike as I came out to check after my alarm remote went off. I can't imagine what would've happened without the alarms. I'm pretty anal and installed my alarms well, no problems in 5 years with either system.
Me likey

Funny thing about the Scorpio alarms is you can disconnect both plugs going into the "brain" and the alarm is disabled.... I have had one on both of my 14's... Never an issue with Scorpio using the no cut wiring harness and the paging feature is very nice.

How do you know battery has voltage? Does your instrument panel works or totally dead?? Have u done any work to the bike recently or just went out?? I had previous experience with tip over sensor and once with kickstand switch... Just saying in case it is not alarm..
