unless Muzzle has a "new" design you will have to shim the radiator out or the pipes hit it, that makes installing the fairing a little harder because the holes do not line up properly. This was on a Muzzle m14/10, which is the only Muzzle I would buy.

I think the Brock AH2 is the best bang for the buck. It weighs just a pound/half over the CT Single.. you get the tunning maps and future map support with mods that you may complete.
Muzzy you get the exhaust, plus it's heavier

Sounds like the only problem with the muzzle is when you shim the radiator the side fairings are hard to put on.

I just installed a Muzzy full system on my 2012 ZX14R . I put a couple washer in behind the lower radiator support bracket whick gave me plenty of clearence. The side fairings went right on as the come off with no problems. Sounds awesome. I love the look.

Where are you seeing the m-10 shipped for 798? All I see for that price on muzzy's website is there little round can that looks like it belongs on a ninja 250.

looks sharp, if you got a pc5 and an exhaust for 1100.00 that was a good deal, however the performance you will get from the Muzzy full exhaust is not equal to that of the Brock. Now it you got the M14/M10 that would put apple to apples....
I am sure their street exhaust doesn't compare to the AH2 or Shortmeg 2 exhaust

That is the M14 header with a quieter canister. Just like Brocks the quieter canisters only loose a couple hp on top. I've had 4 Brock system , 3 zx14, and 1 gen II busa. I wanted to try someting else mainly because my dollars are tight. I'm not wanting to star a war here but all the Brocks guys need to realize there are other exhaust. The bike sounds great and runs like a scalded ass dog, raped ape, or whatever other adjective you want to throw at it. Absolutley no flat spots like the zx12r guys reported.
Here is a exhaust shootout Super Street Bike magazine did on the first generation zx14 the Muzzy didn't fair so bad.

Did you have to shim the radiator? I installed my full system and i had no clearance issues what so ever. I didn't have to shim anything, It all lined up and was a perfect fit. I will post up pics when i get the chance..

Reynoldss, in your pic it looks like the mid pipe is a different material than the stainless header. Almost like aluminized metal? Or is it just the lighting in the photo? I'm all about a budget system, but aluminized tubing is where I have to draw the line.

No I didn't have to Ijust wanted a tad more clearance. Mine bolted up fine as well. I love the look as well. I looked at all available exhaust and the Muzzy just did it for me. Gota admit I was scratchin me butt on the body panels. I have no service manual and didn't want to break anything. Once you figure it out its a pretty smart way of doing it.

Nice! Glad they got you taken care of, He ended up taking care of me after i made it very clear that the time i had to wait was BS. And i noticed that the prices have now went up on 2 of the muzzy systems on 58's web site. My exhaust went up 40 bucks in price. So i am glad i bought it when i did.. Every little bit helps..

The muzzys on the 2012 14R I ran was supposedly a "new for 2012" design. That is what Dave/Kurt had said from Muzzys. I didn't have a 2011 to compare to. Picked up about 8 HP over stock but it wasn't dynoed same day. Seems to be about inline with what others reported in terms of HP gain on the Brocks, don't know for sure.
