brocks pipe map question

got my street meg installed on my 2008 today ordered my pipe brand new got the map from brock only problem is my pc3 is for a 06-07 14 so i had to request a diff map package from brock which wasnt a problem they only told me that they havent tested 06 maps on a 08....so my question is am i getting the most for what i have or do i need to get a 08 pc3 or pc5 . i took the bike for a ride and it seems to run fine it does bike fire when throttle is shut fast sometimes in 2nd gear and yes i installed the pipe plug to the air box,,,idk if its back firing just bcuz thats the way the pipe is being its not baffled as much as a stock pipe or bcuz of the map. also i do plan on switching to the tracks map this summer for drag racing so idk if this will effect those maps too?

I think the map for the '08 PCIII might work fine. But the injectors are sized differently on the '08, for sure.

These bikes will always pop at around 3k rpm on decel....
