Don Guhl Motors .. ECU tesing tonight .. Trying to get ready to get to the track tonight and test my Guhl Motors reflashed ECU. The ECU showed up UPS just a short time ago . I didn't think i would have the ECU back till first part of next week .. .. Bad part is i have no trailer , A friend used it last night and told me he would have it back to me by 5:00 ... I have my fingers crossed he will make it on time .. In a mad rush i got everything else ready to go .. Wrongway and Rich are going also ...
Bad part is even if i do make it the air sucks dog nuts ... 80 Deg temps today with humdity off the charts , fog rolling in later tonight ... Winter is over in FL ..
I really wanted to test in good winter air but you get what you get and the bike will run what it runs .. If i make it tonight look for and update late tonight ..

Lee, if you can give me the corrected altitude for your runs tonight, I can give you corrected STD ET and mile-per-hour.

you say winter is over there..........and it sucks not to have good air.........lol, at least you can still go to the track, every track here on the north coast closes for 3 or so months out of the year, and its ashame cause this year alone its been decent enough to have maybe run all year long, they do start opening next week and beginning of march, tune n test march 4th here in delaware at delmar raceway, and i dont have daddydaycare that weekend, lol, Good luck Lee!!!!! youve already proven enough to the naysayers already, dont know how many 14r will be in delaware this year, only bad part is were there were only maybe 20 percent of kawasakis ridden around here, it was kinda of nice to pull up to a local bike night and everyone else was riding a busa or gsxr, for obvious reasons i'm sure, but now both classes have been over ridden by kawi's, bet the scenary changes up, lol

Is this Brock's flash you guys are running? And doesn't his include TRE for lower gears, top speed released, opening 'flies earlier, timing advance, and extending the rev ceiling? If it has all those, I'm going to go ahead and get it. I know it allows the use of Brock's PC-V maps. I gotta' quit spending money on this thing. On ALL these things!

I am not sure if they have added TRE in the lower gears. MIne has extended revs, removed speed limiter, advanced timing, and flies opening sooner...good enough for 201+ mph in the mile, whatever it is.

I do a lot of street riding in lower gears, at lower rpm. I'd love the TRE feature to be included. I'll double-check w/the powers that be (Guhl and/or Brock's.).
