OK someone help me out was trying to send a pm but it wont let me click on an active user. What am I doing wrong?

you have to have 100 posts before you get to use the PM system ....

I think you can only even receive them from moderators and admins, I don't even have the option to PM you.

Sorry for the confusion, I meant people with less than 100 posts can only receive Pms from mods and admins, If that makes sense.
